I too would not take a bloody camera to that "inspection date" with Gavin, it spoils the situation and therefore is absolutely understandable, but you really managed to make us really curious as to the final look of your "project" - would it be possible to show us it? Why not in the forum-members-only section down below?! Ah, pleeease come on!! ;-))

I meant pictures of Guggi´s opening night in general - it wasn´t a dinner-date-au-deux now was it? : ) I will "confess" that I probably would have taken a camera with me - and used it selectively. Creative good-looking guys at art-events = "yes" in my book.

I´m happy for you irishbaby! I´ve only met Gavin briefly ages ago, but he does have an aura that stretches far and beyond. That´s Artists for you! : ) I´m mainly intrigued he painted himself with two heads - not a Gemini. But I guess Libra´s also have that duality about them. (If astrology is anything to go by.)

Actually I really like tatoos, well not all, but if the motif or subject ;) looks great... but I am simply too afraid to get a tatoo...

Money is always so tight but I have a great tattoo artist who is my friend so hopefully she'll give me a great deal .soon as it is complete I'll post some shots.

irishbaby-that sounded wonderful . How lucky were you to have been able to go opening night! I wanted to go see the work but it was by appointment only during the week. I believe the last time , you could go anytime at the Shafrazi Gallery. So I felt funny about making an appointment because I couldn't afford to buy any of the paintings! So that is my confession to you all! I missed Guggi's work right here in NYC.
